Job Summary
Automotive Assistant and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Pooler/Savannah, GA area. The position includes assisting the Store Manager to run the retail location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, and driving sales initiatives while communicating with customers about needed automotive repairs and maintenance to ensure a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
