Job Summary
Lead and support operations at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Greece, NY as an Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager to run the location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, directing workflow of technicians, assisting customers with tire selections and automotive repairs/maintenance, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Qualifications require 18+ years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales experience or 1 year of automotive repairs/maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
