Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate efficiently and safely, enforces policies, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, and ensures timely, high-quality repair and maintenance work while driving customer satisfaction. The Service Manager leads customer tire selections and under-car services, directs mechanics and tire technicians, delivers timely completion of repairs, and strives to meet customer expectations through effective communication and sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates ability to perform duties
