Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Tifton, GA area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure locations operate efficiently, safely, and effectively, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, and meets customer expectations. The Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, helps customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance and a positive in-store experience. Candidates must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and have 1 year of relevant automotive parts/sales or repairs/maintenance experience or education.
Required Qualifications
- (1) must be at least 18 years of age
- (2) must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) must possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position)
