Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. Service Manager duties involve assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflows of Mechanics/Tire Technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with in-store service. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination thereof
