Job Summary
As Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at Mavis in the Binghamton, NY area, you will help lead store operations by supporting the Store Manager, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing customer-focused service, directing workflow for mechanics and tire technicians, guiding under-car repairs, advising customers on tire selections and necessary maintenance, and driving sales initiatives while ensuring high-quality vehicle repair, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers, meet service timelines, and uphold established policies and standards to deliver an efficient, safe, and positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
