Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Webster, NY. Full-time positions. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations, including enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, and ensures a positive in-store experience.
