Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes: lead with the Store Manager to run efficient, safe operations; schedule mechanics/technicians, manage work orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, and meet customer expectations. Service Managers guide customers in tire selections and necessary under-car repairs, direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction with the in-store experience.
