Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire allow for leadership within a high-volume automotive service and retail tire center. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations; scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Service Managers direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, steer customer interactions, assess repair needs, drive sales initiatives, and strive to meet customer expectations while delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
