Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

As a future leader at Mavis, the Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles combine store leadership with hands-on automotive service responsibilities. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location safely and efficiently, schedules technicians, manages work orders, and ensures quality and timely completion of jobs while upholding customer expectations and team safety. The Service Manager directs workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, assists customers with tire selections and recommended repairs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction, and strives to meet in-store service standards.
