Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager positions at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Tucker/Sandy Springs, GA area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and upholding policies and customer expectations. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs workflow of Mechanics/Alignment Technicians/Tire Technicians, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicates with customers, drives sales initiatives, and aims for customer satisfaction and a positive in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
