Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely job completion, and maintain team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role operates at one of over 2,000 retail locations across the United States. Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess one year of experience in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs. Interviews are available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
