Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations and enforcing policies; scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion while safeguarding team members. Service Manager responsibilities involve assisting customers with tire selections and automotive repairs/maintenance, directing workflow of mechanics/technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, assessing needs, and delivering an in-store experience that meets customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
