Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Floral Park, NY. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to keep the location operating efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and repair needs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations in-store.
