Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Assistant Manager position: supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operation of Mavis retail locations, enforces policies, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures timely completion and quality of work, meets customer expectations, and maintains team safety. Service Manager position: assists customers with tire selections, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers about automotive repairs and maintenance, and strives to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and a positive in-store experience.
