Job Summary
As Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at Mavis Tire, you will support store leadership to ensure efficient, safe retail operations at a tire sales and automotive repair center. You will supervise workflow of mechanics and technicians, schedule work, manage parts and outside orders, ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, and drive customer satisfaction and sales initiatives by guiding customers through tire selections and required services. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, ensuring safety, directing technicians (mechanics, alignment, and tire techs), staging repair work, communicating with customers about automotive repairs and maintenance, and contributing to an excellent in-store experience. The role involves leadership, team coordination, and maintaining quality service standards while supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, and/or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
