Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes (NTB) in the Reston/Sterling, VA area. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations, enforce policies, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure team safety. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, and strive to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
