Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Service Manager directs workflow for Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and required under-car repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, and communicates with customers to meet expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
