Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operation of a Mavis retail location, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timeliness of work, meeting customer expectations, and safeguarding team safety. Service Manager guides customers through tire selections and necessary under-car repairs, directs workflow of Mechanics/Technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and ensures high-quality repair and maintenance and overall customer satisfaction. Both roles involve leadership, customer service, and operational coordination within a full-time automotive service and tire retail environment in Ohio, part of the Mavis Tire Family.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
