Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Bronx, NY area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages parts/orders, and maintains quality and customer satisfaction. The Service Manager directs workflow for Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- (1) be at least 18 years of age
- (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
