Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in the Roanoke area. Responsible for supporting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe store operations, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drive customer service excellence by assisting customers with tire selections and recommending repairs, communicate with customers about needed services, and ensure a positive in-store experience while pursuing sales initiatives. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or repairs/maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
