Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Durham/Morrisville, NC area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. Service Manager duties involve directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
