Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Crestwood, IL. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure retail location operations are efficient, safe, and effective, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicates with customers to meet expectations, and drives sales initiatives while ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- demonstrates ability to perform duties and responsibilities of the position
