Job Summary
Assistant Manager position supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of Mavis retail locations, including enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing orders, and ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs while meeting customer expectations. Service Manager responsibilities include assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
