Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the Mavis retail location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing orders, ensuring timely, high-quality work, and meeting customer expectations; Service Manager directs customer tire selections and under-car repairs, oversees workflow of Mechanics/Technicians, drives sales initiatives, and ensures a positive in-store customer experience through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
