Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
