Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Lake Ariel, PA area. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing work orders and outside orders, ensuring quality and safety, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, driving sales, assisting customers with tire selections, recommending necessary repairs, delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires 18+ and legal right to work in the United States, plus at least 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales or automotive repair/maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
