Job Summary
Assistant Manager position to support Store Manager in a high-volume Mavis Tires & Brakes retail service center, focusing on leadership, scheduling technicians, managing orders and workflow, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and meeting customer expectations. Service Manager role involves assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, directing mechanics/technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, ensuring timely completion of high-quality repairs, and delivering a positive in-store experience. Emphasizes team leadership, customer service, reliability, and achievement of service quality and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
