Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, enforcing policies and safety standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics and technicians, assist customers with tire selections, drive sales initiatives, communicate repair needs and expectations, and strive to meet customer satisfaction in-store.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
