Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager positions at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Gulfport area. Lead responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations; scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics/technicians, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through quality repairs and maintenance. Required Qualifications

- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- Ability to lead and coordinate team members
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
