Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in the St. Petersburg, FL area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and drives in-store sales initiatives while maintaining customer satisfaction and communicating needed automotive repairs. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
