Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Salisbury, NY location operates efficiently, safely and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety. Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and recommendations for under-car repairs, delivers timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of the position
