Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Lead and support store operations, enforce policies, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repairs while delivering standout customer service. Manage workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers to assess needs and explain necessary automotive services; promote customer satisfaction and a safe, efficient store environment. Requires leadership aptitude, the ability to supervise a team, knowledge of automotive parts and tire sales, and a focus on meeting customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates ability to perform duties
