Job Summary
Assistant Managers support the Store Manager to operate the Mavis retail location efficiently, safely and effectively, including enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and safety of team members. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services, direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess needs, provide information on repairs/maintenance, and strive to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
