Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Atlanta, GA area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe locations; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely job completion; meeting customer expectations; directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; driving sales initiatives; assisting customers with tire selections and automotive repairs; delivering high-quality vehicle service and a positive in-store experience. Requires leadership, customer service, tire sales, automotive repair knowledge, and ability to coordinate teams and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience
- Available for full-time work with willingness to participate in open interviews
