Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run the location efficiently, enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining safety. Service Manager responsibilities include assisting customers with tire selections, directing the workflow of Mechanics/Technicians and Tire Technicians, delivering timely vehicle repairs and maintenance, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
