Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Shirley/Sayville Mavis retail locations operate efficiently, safely and effectively, and to lead the team in providing high-quality automotive service and tire sales. Service Manager duties include directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, and driving customer satisfaction and sales initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, enforcing policies and safety, managing customer interactions, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
