Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily operations at Mavis Tire service centers as Automotive Assistant Manager or Service Manager. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of repairs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members. The Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customers are satisfied with the in-store experience. Requires 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales or repair/maintenance experience, 18+ years of age, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
