Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and safeguarding team members. Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary repairs, delivers timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
