Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Lawrenceville, GA area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, directing the workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, assisting customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repairs, delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
