Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Manchester, PA area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to run the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and drives sales initiatives while ensuring high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and achieving customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of automotive parts and/or tire sales experience/training
- 1 year of automotive repairs/maintenance experience/training
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
