Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Baldwinsville/Lysander, NY area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe operations; scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team safety. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers about repairs and maintenance, and delivering high-quality vehicle service and a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties and responsibilities
