Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Sparta Township, NJ. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the retail location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team safety. The Service Manager portion involves assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, driving sales initiatives, and communicating with customers to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications require at least 18 years of age, legal authorization to work in the United States, and at least 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales and/or automotive repairs/maintenance experience or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
