Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations; Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicates with customers, drives sales initiatives, and strives to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of automotive parts and/or tire sales experience and/or 1 year of experience or training in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
