Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire/Discount Prices overseeing shop operations, scheduling mechanics, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of repairs, driving customer satisfaction, directing workflow of technicians, and leading sales initiatives. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, coordinating repairs and maintenance, communicating with customers about automotive repairs and tire services, and ensuring a safe, efficient store environment; requires leadership, ability to manage a team of mechanics/technicians, and background in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- (1) be at least 18 years of age
- (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
