Job Summary
Automotive Assistant and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in Richmond, VA. Assist the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively; schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure team safety. For Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repairs, direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, provide information on repairs/maintenance, and strive to meet customer satisfaction in-store. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance or equivalent demonstrated ability
