Job Summary
Lead and support store operations as Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at Mavis in Pennington, NJ. Enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, and drive customer satisfaction. Direct workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, assist customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repairs, and contribute to sales initiatives while maintaining safety and service quality. Requires at least 18 years old, legal work authorization in the United States, and 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
