Job Summary
Assistant Manager role to support Store Manager in Davie/Miramar, leading team, enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; Service Manager role directing workflow of Mechanics/Alignment/Tire Technicians, assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, delivering high-quality vehicle repair/maintenance, managing customer satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives; positions involve leadership responsibilities, coordinating team tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining store standards while delivering excellent customer experience. Strong emphasis on customer service, leadership, communication with customers and team, ability to direct workflow, knowledge of automotive repair and tire services, and adherence to company policies; open interviews available and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
