Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire (NTB) in Catonsville/Baltimore area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run an efficient location, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, safety of the team, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, delivering high-quality vehicle service, and driving sales initiatives while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires at least 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales experience or automotive repairs/maintenance experience, and legal work authorization in the United States. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of automotive parts and/or tire sales experience and/or training
- 1 year of automotive repairs/maintenance experience and/or training
