Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire, located in Hayfield, VA. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain team safety. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections, guide under-car repair services, direct workflow of Mechanics/Alignment Technicians/Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, provide information on repairs and maintenance, and strive for customer satisfaction with timely, high-quality vehicle service.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
